Regular guest, Mr Abendschein leaves some comments

One of our regular guests is Robert Abendschein but you can just call him ‘Neverquit’. We don’t really know where he’s been or when he’ll be back but his cheerful face is always welcome around here. Here is what Bob had to say:
Where have all those 10 years gone? It seems like just yesterday I stepped off the bus from Broome in northwestern Australia to this exciting city called Perth. My 2-week gold prospecting adventure had ended but this time I wasn’t going to just pack up and return to America. No, I had bigger plans, to prospect around Leonora, Laverton and Mt Magnet areas. Where to stay? I told the cab driver, “Take me to a reasonably priced hotel near downtown so I can walk around the city.” He said, "Get in mate, I know just the place!"
It was night time and he eventually stopped at the front door of Mountway Holiday Apartments. The lights of the city were spectacular and the warm feeling you get entering the front desk of Mountway has brought me back, over and over again. Yes, this is the end of my 6th trip to WA, plus additional visits in and out of the country for Immigration. It is not a 5-star hotel, but enough stars in every respect to please me. The comfortable rooms have plenty of amenities. For your weary bones after a long trip or a pleasant walk downtown you can relax in your room or barbecue area.
