The Standard rooms have the following amenities:

- Free limited on-site parking.
- Access to: Guest Laundry, On-Site Deli, Tour Bookings, Wireless internet available from most apartments using your own laptop.
- Telephone available in the telephone room near the office.
Superior Room
The Superior rooms include all amenities found in the standard room, plus the following:
- AM & FM Radio alarm clock.
- Hairdryer.
- Iron & Ironing Board.
Deluxe Room
The Deluxe rooms include all amenities found in the Standard and Superior rooms, plus the following:
- Extensive city and partial river views.
- Luxury soap and tissues
